Ideal for cleaning, degreasing, and acid etching concrete floors, walls, basements, driveways, swimming pools, patios, and containment areas prior to coating or sealing. Can also be used to remove efflorescence and to neutralize new concrete and new mortar joints. Water-based. Biodegradable. Odorless. Non-flammable.
