You can use the standard sideterminals or use Levitons Quickwire feature on the back. With the quickwire you simply push your wire in and it is automatically grasped by a spring mechanism assuring a good connection. With the selfgrounding feature you don't need to worry about running a wire to an outside ground because the attached grounding clip will do it for you.
