The boys make a new friend in Harriette’s (Jo Marie Payton) policeman husband, Carl (Reginald Vel Johnson), when the Winslows move into their building, but it’s a friendship that may be cut short when they betray his confidence in order to land a crime-busting scoop. Finally, Balki comes of age at 25 – and gets a wife?
