This Battery Indicator works on 12V/24V 36V 48V & 72V Lead-acid Batteries, will NOT work on EZGO Golf Cart, Trojan Batteries and Trolling Moto Batteries.
Please connect the correct voltage to your battery indicator as noted on the meter. Failure to connect to the -correct voltage will damage the batery indicator causing it to function abnormally.
Make sure your "C" terminal is either connected to the Battery "+" or a Key switch,otherwise meter will scans from empty to full then shut off.
The second LED from the left flashes as a warning that the batteries voltage has been discharged to 80% of their capacity.
At a 90% battery discharge, the red and yellow LEDs will alternately flash to indicate a very low voltage capacity is remining.
The LEDs will scan from "Empty" to "Full" then stay on the position of actual voltage level when connected to power.

  • Works On 12V/24V 36V 48V and 72V Standard Lead-acid Batteries and Will NOT Wok On Trojan Batteries & Trolling Moto Batteries Because of Big Difference on Voltage Scale from these batteries.
  • If meter scans from full to empty then shuts off, this means your "C" terminal is not connected, make sure your "C" terminal is either connected to the battery + or a key switch.
  • If meter shows one red, yellow and green LED, This means you have improper voltage to the meter. Make sure you con-nect the wires going to the battery to the first and last positive and negative battery terminals in the series and not just one battery
  • If meter shows the 1st (red), 3rd (yellow), and 5th (green) LEDs. When the meter is connected then improper voltage is applied, this will occurs. Please connect the correct voltage to your battery indicator as noted on the post
