1. Dampen one side or targeted area of the heating pad with water by patting the surface with a wet sponge or cloth, or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist.

2. Do not spray or dampen the connector.

3. Place the moistened side of the pad on top of the body and use it.

Do not thoroughly soak the heating pad.
