Premium topside paint primer for use with all 1- and 2-part polyurethane and enamel topside paints. Apply with brush, roller, or spray before painting. Use on wood, fiberglass, gelcoat and over previously painted materials in good condition. This high-solids primer requires only a single coat and dries fast.
