FAQ:Press the record button. The LED does not turn red. 1: Please check if the video source is connected correctly. Please confirm that the video is transferred to ezcap280H via HDMI channel.

2: After inserting the USB flash drive, please wait for more than 10 seconds until the capture card recognizes the USB flash drive, then you can press the REC button to record. The red light indicates that the recording is in progress.
