B&W part # 4085 is a replacement 2 5/16" ball for the B&W Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch that is offset 4 inches to move the pivot point of the trailer farther away from the back of the cab. This helps trucks with a short bed or trailers with a living quarters over the neck make sharp turns without damaging the truck or back glass. It slides in and pins just like the original ball that was included with the hitch with no more installation necessary.
